Meet Our Staff

Position: Owner
Jerry And Gloria Brown have lived all their lives on the Harbor. Their family consists of 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. They got married in March, 1974 and have worked together to realize their dreams. Traveling to warm places has been a passion of theirs. They started assembling computers out of their home and selling them at Trade Shows in the mid-1980’s. In 1987, they started a retail computer store upstairs in the old Reiner’s Harbor Honda building in downtown Aberdeen. By 1990, with the coming of cellular service to the Harbor, they moved downstairs into a part of the main floor of the Reiner’s Building and added cellular service to their business. As their business grew, they tore down some rentals and built their present building across the street from the local WalMart in 1994. They were the first company to bring the internet to Grays Harbor in 1995. "We owe our success to our employees’, great customer service and to our loyal customers. Position: Office
Dawn Black started at Techline in September of 1995. She was hired to do the accounts receivable for our internet department. Dawn continues to do the accounts receivable for our sister company Techline.com, L.L.C and is now employed by Techtell, Inc. Her office is in the Retail Store.

Position: Technician
Mike Brown started at Techline in January of 1996. He is our lead technician. Mike has numerous Microsoft Certifications and is very knowledgeable with computer hardware and software applications.

Melissa Lenz moved to the Harbor in January of 2000 and started at Techline in March of the same year. She started on our sales floor and moved up to internet support. After being in Internet support for awhile she moved back down to the sales floor and worked on Accounts Receivable. From there she moved into the computer repair department. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Melissa also does the majority of our private tutoring. She has over 10 years experience with computer software and hardware and is very knowledgeable at the front desk for cellular service as well. If you have a technical question about your computer or your cellular phone, she is one of the people to ask.

Position: Retail Sales
Jenn Aldrich started at Techline in May of 2003. Jenn is going to Grays Harbor College for her degree in nursing, as well as working part time for us. She has the knowledge to fill in on the sales floor, check in freight, and help out in the office.

Mirna Jimenez started at Techline in December of 2004. She is our bilingual representative and makes it much easier for our Spanish speaking customers who have questions or need help learning how to use their new equipment. Mirna works on our sales floor and is very knowledgeable.

Position: Retail Sales, Web Design and Graphic Design
Nathan Moyer has worked with computers since the age of 3. He just graduated with his AA from Grays Harbor College. He works full time at Techline on the sales floor, and in the computer room. He plans to go to a film school in Sept. of 09.

Position: Retail Sales
Jessica Mullins started as an intern in March of 07, she then was hired on to staff shortly after. She has learned extremely fast, and is very talented with cell sales. If you have a question about a cell phone, this is one of the first people to ask. She is also bi-lingual.

Jordan Brown started in June of 07, she works at the front desk selling cellular phones and accessories. She is a Jr. at Aberdeen High School, attends college classes and enjoys playing her violin.

Position: Office
Joanne Mullins started with Techline in April of 2001. She started out on the sales floor and now is in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and balancing the daily sales reports. She also helps out on the sales floor when needed.

Position: Retail Sales
Michael DeVerse started at Techline in November of 2005. He has an extensive retail background and has managed several Retail businesses in Grays Harbor. Michael was hired as a sales associate and is very knowledgeable.

Position: Technician
Adam Kelm started at Techline in January of 2006. He has had 15 years of experience with computer hardware and software applications. He builds computers, and helps with computer repair, and support. He also does computer accessories floor sales.

Position: Manager
Jeniffer Wilson started with Techline in August of 1997. She is our store manager. Jeniffer is very knowledgeable in our sales department, does our cellular ordering and oversees the sales staff. She is the person to talk to for your data applications.

Position:
Alec Brown works at Techline on Saturdays. He works in the Janitorial department. He goes to School at Aberdeen High School

Karen Seguin Started working for us in September of 2008.

Position:
Rick Cox was an intern the summer of 07. He was then hired on as a part time tech at the front desk in the fall of 07.
